The visit of an Infantile Greater Fallera, and part of her cort of honor, to a country of the Third World. Scenes of cultural, full interchange of tenderness and solidarity follow one another.

Are reflected the contrasts between different societies from different economic needs. The children lend their clothes and dresses mutually and make good friends with the natives.

"The commission is in Africa and without getting payed, giving the reason to our motto that says 'How rich is to be poor'".
